After so many days of preparation for this project, we are finally ready to present! During the preparation, my group had to go through a tedious process. We had to do, check, redo, check for over more than 5 times! However I think my group did quite well during the presentation. We were the last group to present but I am sure that Ms Neo was satisfied with my group's work. To say the least, I know she is satisfied with every group's work and I think every did well to complete their project on time. ^_^

After our presentation, Ms Neo gave the class a last speech on the details on what to do, where to meet and other details for the day we are flying back to Wuhan. She also reminded us to amend our report before submitting to her. ^_^

Reflection

Throughout this project, I realized that making one mistake can be very costly. Be it doing the AON, Resource Leveling, Cost Crashing or even the Gantt Chart, making even the slightest mistake woul cause a temendous change in future activities, thus causing the project to suffer. Therefore working in groups is imperative as miscommunication will cause many problems. other than that, doing this project has forced me to be more careful and focus with my work. It also allowed me to experience planning a project that is possible to be implemented in rea-life.
